Spot on damag, my thoughts exactly! Both the secret sauce part and initially high shooters dry out as time goes by and attributes increase.
I still have my original FP D-man on the team, after he became great in skills I hardly can get him to shoot on "no restrictions" and with 100 all over the place. This season I've teamed him with a 2nd season average guy, and the other one is my top shooter this season (almost twice as much as the 2nd on the list, a forward).
