I never even considered a changing of the rules either-just commenting on the discussion-looking forward to the league-my team is going to be awful the first two years, but pretty good from 03/63 to 09/69

I agree the talent pool is surprisingly thin, but I think we will all have reasonable starting lineups. The benches will be thin, but as seasons pass the situation will improve. It will give us an opprtunity to show managerial and GM skills

Sorry, I did not mean to cause an insurrection. Just thinking out loud. I'm in a progressive that started in 1885 -- single year -- talk about weak! But, fun, because that's the way the game was. Only problem is, I don't think I'll make it until I can draft my All-Time Number One Super Hero of All Time -- Mickey Mantle. I've told the founder of that league that I will be 0-162 to qualify for 1st pick in 1951.

ronblood has missed 2 selections.

For ronblood's round 9 pick Jerry Adair 1961 2B

If he misses his round 11 selection today I will make the round 10 and round 11 selections at the end of the day

seeing as you have been so adept at taking my guys with the picks you make for ronblood, I assume by end of the day you mean after all regularly scheduled picks have been made, right???
