How is this guy not run from HBD and how is that franchise not somehow broken up? Even better question, would any of us experienced owners ever even consider joining a mess like that now? That guy is destorying an entire world. WOW!!

I was in that world for two seasons and because of what you've described. The guy constantly offered me insanely poor trades. I was rejecting trade offers from him on a daily basis. I was veto'ing equally lopsided trades that other people had accepted for whatever reasons.

It was ridiculous, and when I realized that they were doing nothing about him, I just . It wasn't worth my time or money.

I have as much respect for owners like that(bornlosers) as I do this guy in our league(pieo) . Bornlosers is trading to get his team ..pieo is tanking, 5 players rated under 50 on his ML squad..and by the looks of it, he does this everywhere he plays. 4,5,6 SEASONS of tanking, to get top 5 picks. I know the best way is to beat these guys, but I still had "to vent"

pieo's a real treat.

I took over an abandoned team in some world that he was in once. I had a shot at the playoffs, and was looking to pick up a player to help me get there. I some how ended up in trade talk with piehole.

He tried to talk me into a trade-rape deal in which he'd be giving me an OK major leaguer (that filled a hole that I had) for a total stud prospect. No big deal (to me) for him to ask for that except for the fact that he was trying to convince me that HE was giving up the better player in the deal; in fact, he was absolutely stupid to even consider making such a deal because he would be screwing himselfand that he would probably immediately regreat it once the deal went through. But he was somehow willing to do it.

When I wasn't biting on that, in fact I was calling him out in TC and telling him that he was full of **** about who would be getting screwed, he then turned it around and told me how great of an HBD player he was, how he was going to dominate in that world, how he was so much smarter than everybody else in that world, etc.

It was actually quite entertaining.

And another world that phillyfan moans and groans and calls out owners in the forums.....

Sorry Strikeout....... I asked a question....you have your World, and I enjoy mine now. If my question bothers you, than look the other way.

Yeah, pieo is a notorious tanker. Try to get your commish to not invite him back next season. If you do let him stay, he'll have a juggernaut. At least kick him out so he can't enjoy his ill begotten gains

I am glad you enjoy your world. Negative no..I ask questions because I am not afraid to. If you lose on purpose, than why do you deserve respect. It would be different if the owner tried, but having players Low A level on ML teams....You can better players off waivers. I am not calling no one out, just asking why would someone do it!

My experience with pieo is that if you play in a world with him, the best thing you can do is leave the following season. The world I played wth pieo is the by far the worst won I was ever a part of and I got out ASAP.

That guy is also in Feller - where he's finished 4th for 7 straight seasons. Anu funny business in Feller?
