My understanding of the "mulligan" is that you can repick your last pick, not trade it.. Last season I had a combined player and when I changed him to a partial player their salary went down. So I went to my last pick and replaced them with a more expensive player that would fit me under the cap.
The interesting thing this season is that there is a good chance my #24 round pick will not be my last pick and that could be a bad break finishing up my team.
Man sorry but I am really confused now. In other words I can't replace one and only one of my # 6 or # 13 or 19 round picks (examples) if I need to as long as that franchise has gone through with every owner getting a chance at a player with that franchise? All 24 (25) picks for that franchise has been chosen??
You can't replace the player, but many of the players people have drafted have many different versions. For example, it seems likely I will be using versions of Kirby Puckett & Steve Carlton which are not what I would call the "best" versions. So long as it was a full/partial (not combined) season for the club you picked them under, it's fine.
Exchanging out a player before round 24 is a problem because everyone picking after you was denied that player as an option.
