are we allowed to use the fake AAA players that filled up the AAA slots not used by the extra major leaguers?

I understand dewelch, but the reason why I didn't taken him in the 7th round or sooner, was due to the fact you were finished drafting and could not lay claim to him unless you traded for a pick, thus I felt safe in drafting him last or acquiring him through a trade with yourself for his rights... Do you have a RP pitcher of "close to" stats you can send me for his rights?
