You'd think people in a draft with no time slots would check in regularly. No one should be "on the clock" for this long.

for those of us who run many themes/progs we rely on plenty of contacts/wis friends to fill those leagues. inshoots has been in tons of my leagues. hes currently set to pick in two of my leagues, for whatever reason he hasnt opened a sitemail since weds. im going to assume there is some kind of emergency keeping him away from the site.

im just as bumbed as everyone else, being its the weekend and holiday season im willing to wait a bit.

As frustrating as this is, it's only one round. If the remaining rounds were untimed, I'd say do something about it, but being as it's only this round, I think the prudent thing to do is wait, especially if there is an emergency.

That being said, I do think you should put a limit of a day or two on things and then move forward, gene. Just my two cents

I'm sure gene instituted the new times for Monday so that we can move on without inshoots.

I don't think people expressing frustration at your absence is anyone "badmouthing" you. If you knew you were going away, you should have made arrangements for a proxy pick.

If anyone happens to need a proxy for the Mondaytime slots I am available.

A proxy would have been near impossibe. He may not even have know which players were protected.
