Well, to some extent WIS should accomodate coaches because we are their paying customers.
But I think ultimately they need to make their schedule to reduce the number of tickets about this that they receive (or make the response to any tickets super easy - just a reference to their yearly holiday schedule, etc.) and to eliminate the need for people to complain about this every holiday season. Either way there are going to be upset customers, whether they need to recruit on Christmas Eve or if they have to wait 2 more days to start recruiting. Having a published schedule in advance eliminates this discussion.
Ultimately I'm with aporter - I'm fine with recruiting starting whenever they say it it will, and then deal with it. If that means I need do all recruiting on my phone, take lots of photos and upload them every 3-6 hours or just not start recruiting until the 3rd day and being fine with that.
