just went back to look at all my old tickets...earliest one I have is from 2006 - #867.

Depends on your definition of "responded." I had a ticket closed without getting a response. I re-opened it and it was bumped up.

i actually had a major issue during free agent re-signing yesterday and it needed to be answered within a few hours so i could resign my players...and it was answered in 1 1/2 hours after i submitted it...fastest response i have ever had...i was very pleased...a lot of people blast admin for their supposed lack of attention but i have never had a problem...they have always answered my requests in a timely manner...

I've had all four tickets submitted this week responded to. Not good answers on three of those mind you, but answers nevertheless.
