i kinda wish that the ratings and ratings potential corresponded with players position a little bit more. Its weird finding guards who would make better bigmen and vise versa. Having a reallly hard time finding guards with high BH & P. Overall I like the change though and it will definitely be interesting how this shakes out a few seasons down the road.

Looked at the D3 Allen recruits. I can certainly see a huge difference for D3 talent level. Only got thru PGs and SGs so far. Seem to be some VERY ELITE PGs at that level with high speed/BH/PASS combos. Much higher than we have ever been used to. PER is also up there while ATH, REB are certainly down.

For SGs, it is more of a mixed bag. Some have very huge PER ratings (65-70+) which is unheard of in D3. A mixed bag as far as BH/PASS combos are concerned but have more speed and less ATH than before.

I wonder if PER ratings are going to be more important with the new engine. This year will put some of it to the test. If LP/PER mean more than they used to, it will certainly change the way I recruit. Under the old engine, it seemed like a 45+ PER sg with great ATH/SP combos could easily outshoot a 65 PER with lower ATH/SP. Just need to see if PER is going to need to be upped on importance in recruiting this year.

I am sure glad my players' overall rating went down by an average of 9 points after 1 exhibition game. Is it too late to cancel the second game?

yeah I have a dozen shots that didn't show up in the pbp, rebounds out of thin air.

Those of you expecting a clean engine in the 1st season will be extremely disapointed.

There were so many simple bugs in the test versions that I am sure the ones' that are actually hard to catch/see will be found as season #1 progresses.

I have centers and PF's who's 3pt frequency is set to -2 putting up 3pters? anyone else? I noticed my opponents did not.

I guess I was expecting something kinda close to clean mully. I mean what was the rush to get it launched by May 12th? College basketball season has come and gone. I could have seen rushing it for March Madness, but when that didn't happen, they could get it right by October or something near the start of hoops season.

Come on dude, at some point you're just complaining to complain. You can ask for the missed shot to be put in, but how hard is it to figure out that 25 seconds going by means the other team ran their offense and missed a shot?

Was it a 2 or a 3? I'm trying to figure out who should get the ball and what works and what doesn't. A selective pbp isn't much help.
