Last time I'll say it, but sim times need to be fixed.  Ideally, it would be clear and written out, like:

Rosters/Gameplan locks at X:00
Games sim at Y:00
Practice sims at Z:00

A one hour window is ok, but 4 or more isn't.
I agree 100%.

I like looking forward to the 2:00 game results.  Having it sim anywhere from 2 to 4 or 5 results in my not checking the result....which leads to loss of interest....apathy...then lessening the # of teams.

NBA level should be added. Don't know how the number of games would be done, but it could happen with the NBA playing games over new coach signup and through recruiting. NBA draft would take place after old coach signings and could be live or auto draft.

To add to my earlier post, I'd also enjoy seeing improved firing logic. By no means should there be a firing after one bad season, but if a coach goes four seasons at a Big 6 school without a postseason berth, the coach should be canned, no questions asked.
