Yeah, I could. Do you know something I don't?
Well, if I had a $10M payroll in S1, let's assume I maxed out everything else during budget setting (and then transferred, since $25M is the minimum you can budget to player payroll to start a season, and even if you maxed everything else you could only get to $23M).
Now, in S2, I reduce everything as much as possible in order to jack up payroll.
Medical $20M becomes $16M, so +$4M.
Training $20M becomes $16M, so +$4M.
Advanced Scouting $20M becomes $16M, so +$4M.
Int'l Scouting $20M becomes $16M, so +$4M.
Same for Domestic College and High School, so +$8M
That's a $24M increase, so payroll can be $47M so far ($23M min + $24M increase).
Coaches go from $20M (max) to $6M minimum, so that's +$14M.
Prospects go from $20M (max) to $6M minimum, so that's another $14M.
$47M + $28M = $75M payroll budget max.
So yea, I'm curious where you got that additional $35M from to get to a payroll budget of $110M in one season during set budget time.
