Really? I would think that things like being able to manually rank your amateur draft prospects, the introduction of the Rule 5 draft, etc., would rank way ahead of animated graphics for game replays in terms of "best additions to HBD since HBD started".
The first year or two was still game creation not addition of features, they've been adding rules and different game parts for years now it's time to add something FUN to the game. The R5 draft was an awsome addttion but it's not like HBD wouldn't survived without it, in my opinion it was a small addition when you look at how much it's used compare to being able to watch EVERYGAME.
I think animated graphics would lift HBD into another dimension in the FUN factor. Instead of reading a box score in a news paper you'd get to watch Sports Center, for you that may not matter but for many of us it would make the game much more fun. WIS could add another MLB rule but you are forgetting that this is a computer game afterall, the fun factor is also very important and animated graphics would add a lot of fun factor to the game. Maybe you don't think so but there are many of us who do. Yes, I think it would be the coolest addition HBD ever added.
