You might want to select a new 1999 pick BigSteve, as I think Cholatse took Kevin Millwood in that year already .

I'm impressed he got RJ and Pedro with his 5th and 6th picks.

The team playing in Oriole Park at Camden Yards:

c       2009 Joe Mauer             .365 / 28 / 96
3b    2007 Alex Rodriguez     .314 / 54 / 156
ss    1987 Tony Fernandez   .322 / 5 / 67

sp    2006 Johan Santana      2.77 / .216 / 1.00
sp    2008 Tim Lincecum        2.62 / .221 / 1.17
sp    1986 Dwight Gooden      2.84 / .215 / 1.11
sp    1988 Orel Hershiser       2.26 / .213 / 1.05
rp     1989 Jeff Russell            1.98 / .182 / 0.95
One of the dangers in this draft is having the player you want be drafted right before your turn.  In this case crustydoc has taken Joe Mauer, Orel Hershiser, and now Jeff Russell.

I'll be needed with Jackson as the staff ace and presumably getting worse from there. If only we were back in the A+++++ range days, he'd be golden.

Anyone used an Alan Trammell season before? He was below-average for me the one time I used him at this cap. The SIM can be cruel to singles hitters.

Me too, schwarze.  I should have taken the 2003 instead of 2002 Bonds, but I figured cholatse would take him before I got there.  There's something stupid about paying 14 million for a DH that can't play the complete season, but the 2003 version is 10 million and could play the OF.

Data - I sent you a morning pick at 6:41 am (1991 - Tom Glavine), but you have me for NO PICK.  I sitemailed you as well.
