I have a few questions - do all six leagues start at once?  Are they staggered?  I guess there's a vote for what type of themes to use?  Sorry, fairly new to theme leagues in general, so I want to make sure I understand the rules before I'd get involved.

All 6 leagues will start on the same day.  Each owner picks 5 of the possible themes - 5 points for your top theme, 4 points for your second favorite, 3 points, 2 points, and 1 point for your least favorite theme - aggregate score determines the 6 themes we will use.

It's a really fun concept with lots the best owners.  If you've never tried it, it's definitely worth throwing down a 6 pack for.

Zizzo is correct.  We take about 15 suggestions for possible leagues, the owners vote, and we use the top five vote getters.

With the new salaries, I'll suggest an alternate Wilt league.  $47M cap, everyone must use the 50ppg Wilt, no clones, no WW, no rookies.

I was hoping you would enter your college league.  I think that 42 mil would be a good salary with the new price structure.  Oh well.

The ABA Era Franchise League.

Cap $37 mil (we need at least 1 low cap league)

You select 1 franchise from the ABA Era (1967-68 through 1975-76) and make the best team that you can.
No Rookies
No WW
No Clones

Also since there are only 23 franchises available who played at least 8 seasons during this time frame:

You can also take The San Diego Sails franchise (1972- 73 to 1975-76) with EITHER "The Floridians" franchise (1967-68 to 1971-72) OR the Pittsburgh Condor Franchise (1967-68 to 1971-72)

The ABA teams and the newest NBA teams will all be in the same conference.  (coin flip if necessary to determine conference alignment if necessary)

And  - I am thinking - these might be the years for the following franchises: (THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL, at least not yet)

Bucks1968-69 to 1976-77
Suns 1968-69 to 1976-77
Cavs 1970-71 to 1978-79
Braves/Clippers 1970-71 to 1978-79
(I am intentionally leaving off [at this time] the Trailblazers because their best years are outside of the ABA time frame.)

This would bring the total of franchises with 9 years of availability to 25, and nobody has to take the Memphis ABA Franchise. (but they would still be available)

I am looking for feedback on the last bit.  Does it make it make you more or less likelly to vote for the league?

12 Man College League

Choose a college and make a 12 man team from it. All players must be from that college except for players below 750k. $42m cap no ww, rookies and clones. There are three blacklisted teams: North Carolina, UCLA and Kansas they are too stacked

To alievate any confusion we will use this as the database
