yeah, smelott, worry not, my friend!  Most owners' teams don't start clicking till year 3 or 4.  A few will do well in the first one (team Wilt almost always does), but most will really take a couple of seasons to start clicking.

since the midwest appears to be short on teams, and we already have mulitple franchises in phoenix - can i relocate to indiana(pacers)?

...apparently Louisville Coliseum doesn't exist in WIS database.  Freedom Hall it is (still in Louisville)
