One question. When someone drops a player is that player gone for good or does he go back into the draft pool for his future seasons, assuming he has seasons left that someone would want to draft?

I mean if an owner wants to drop a player for good from his team. Does that player go back into the draft pool or is he no longer available to any team.

If a player is dropped (cut) he goes back into the draft pool and is available. I will maintain a list of available players, including rookies, from season to seaso.

I just thought of another question.  To be consistent with the theme, will each team be named after an existing ABA or NBA franchise?  If so, is it first come, first served on franchise names, or do we hold a final round at the end of the draft to select them?

Yes, we'll do a final round at the end of the draft to select teams.

It's frustrating how long leagues take to fill in Basketball-Baseball leagues usually fill in 3-4 days or a week at max.
