Sims schools take forever to lose prestige too. It can be 4-5 seasons before a school hits B- when starting in the A- or better range. There should be a larger penalty and a PI bid for a big 6 schools should be a DECREASE in prestige not an increase.
I have to say that overall you bring a lot of enthusiasm and good ideas to the game but (and this is only meant as constructive criticism) you can also come off as an arrogant, condescending ***** at times. Many, many coaches don't take this game nearly as serious as you do. Many, many coaches have this thing called real life that takes up a lot of their time. I think I remember you saying once, or at least get the impression, that you're a college student somewhere, yes? Sorry if I'm wrong but for a lot of people this is just a hobby, a break from the grind of the real world, from the job, from the family, from everything. But that's ALL it is to a lot of coaches, something to do in their spare time. So if they're "crappy coaches" in your eyes, that "don't seem to be working on it", step back for a second, take a deep breath, exhale, and remember that at the end of the day this is nothing but a ******* game, not life or ******* death, and that's how a lot of coaches view it.......as a game.
