No, 2 hours of research on the first morning (before work)  then finalizing it on the second morning.   I have a very successful history, primarily because I don't skimp on the research. 

If I only need one recruit, then obviously it requires less time. But I need 5 guys this time and I can't do it with just one morning.  At work, I only have a few minutes periodically during the day (like now) but that's not enough time to research
