Yeah, it's not so bad. What bugs me is the way that the system can be worked by a savvy owner.
Why does that bother you though?
When I first started, I had no idea how coach budgeting worked. I budgeted 13-16M for coaches my first 4 seasons. Now I generally spend 7M, and probably get more return despite spending half the money. I got better at a the game. Isn't that kind of the point?
