All, please knock off the bickering and fighting on world chat. Discussing trades, etc. is fine but please be polite and gracious when dealing with one another. Threats, obscenities and other derogatory posts are against our Fair Play Guidelines. |

In regards to trade offers, if you feel strongly against it you can veto it. You may bring it up to the commish or even share your feelings as to why it's not fair. However, you cannot campaign to get a trade vetoed. |
That said, I don't even understand the bolded part. If you share your feelings, aren't you campaigning? If not, at what point does your "feeling sharing" become a campaign?
I think what they are saying is that:
a) you can say "I vetoed this trade because blah blah blah . . . "
b) you cannot say "Others should veto this trade because blah blah blah . . . "
Subtle difference. Passive vs. aggressive campaigning.
