yes - my understanding is that you get to use any players from the franchise's history so packers-zephyrs-cap bullets-Baltimore bullets-Washington bullets-wizards are all fair game if you pick the wizards franchise

They had to play one game with a team in order to qualify

Here's a question: what if the player only played with the team in 2014-15, and therefore isn't listed in the sim, e.g. Kevin Love with Cleveland?

I've been up since 5 this morning building furniture for my new house in Sunriver and I just sat down for a scotchy scotch- I ain't a-slackin, ya hear? masterdebate has the last squad and the lotto will run beginning at midnight eastern tonight. Below is how the lotto will work. I will post the results Monday morning (Pacific time) when I get to work. I will also sitemail the results to everyone. The draft can then begin immediately. THERE ARE NO SKIPS! If someone is taking forever (an amount of time determined by me), I will select that person's team for them so the draft can continue.

Lottery: December 29, 2014

We will use the NY Lottery Quick Draw (Keno essentially) to determine the draft order. The Quick Draw generates a set of numbers every 4 minutes starting at midnight. Each of you has been assigned one of these time slots below based on the sign up list on page 1 of this thread. We will sum each set of numbers and sort from lowest to highest to determine the draft order. Tiebreaker will be as follows: 1-2-3-5 beats 1-2-3-8, etc. I will post the results here tomorrow.
