I am qualified to D+ on everyteam, except the teams that have high ceilings... Which means I am qualified for all bad jobs. There are a lot of good opportunities I can't take. I think it is better to jump from DII into a mid-major and it's easier. Once you are in D1, the job application seems broken. Pretty ridiculous. I pulled a miracle turn around in two years and yet, nobody wants me but bad teams.
I am remaining at IUPUI. Was hoping to go to La Salle.
You won a CT in a SIM dominated conference. That isn't some sort of huge accomplishment, so I don't understand why you think you should be given an easy ride to a better job.
job logic is too harsh right now in d1, but frankly, i agree with stine on this one.
stick with it for a while zorzii, because you don't have a lot of bad seasons while you are rebuilding, you will be able to move up quicker than most. you still need a string of d1 post season appearances to start to get into the decent jobs, though.
