I would tell hardened to pick for jethroeg, but jethro opened my SM "THE DRAFT IS UNDERWAY" on Wednesday morning at 2:05 am.  He HAS TO KNOW that he would be picking soon.  I will give jethroeg til noon tomorrow to make his 1st round selection.  If he hasn't picked by then, hardened, go ahead and pick for him.  At that point, if he shows up and still wants his team, he can continue drafting from that point on, provided he assures us all that he will be a lil more vigilent about being ready to pick and/or sending proxy lists.  If not, then hardened, you have a 2nd team.

Sorry, yes, go ahead hardened.  Like I said, you may be picking FOR jethroeg or for yourself here, so draft as if it is your team, but if jethro is OK with the pick and still wants his team whenever he shows up, he can have it back.  If not, its yours
