"Some of the improvements that may have been reasons players in the past have left are the following: Poaching in the last cycle is not possible, at least to where someone cannot just appear out of nowhere in the last cycle. "

Chap, you can't be serious with that statement?
Poaching will be 10x worse now in this new update and I don't see how an experienced player like you can say otherwise. I can go from Moderate to Very High, not just in 1 CYCLE, but in the matter of 10 minutes!! If you are not on your phone/computer at 7:55 for a ASAP recruit then you could lose someone you could have been Very High on since cycle #1. And UNLIKE the current HD, you don't have a period to get him back.

What I meant Mully is that someone cannot just appear in the last cycle out of nowhere and snag a recruit that has been considering only you for the entire recruiting period. If they are moderate, then you have to be ready for them. But, it's impossible to go from nothing to the lead because you have to unlock scholarships. They do need to have some type of way to address the sniping issue though, at least to the point where a player will not sign the same cycle someone makes a big move to overtake the previous leader.

Thanks - yes got it.
However, I wonder if I could come from low to high in once cycle. Offer up a ton of AP pts and, even though I COULD unlock the scholly, I intentionally don't. Then at 7:45 offer the scholly and see if I can get a cascade affect to CV, HV, start, etc to move up in those 15 mins.

I might actually try that just as an example to Seble.

If you do that mully I hope you'll start a thread and let us know how it went. Very curious about what happens...

Yeah - me too. That might be possible to do.
