I'm hoping to do this at UNC Asheville and it is stupid.

Show everybody or show nobody under moderate.

Spoon : you. can't quit because your nickname reminds me of a great Soundgarden song and with Cornell's death being sad, I need this to remind me how great he was as a musician.
yeah... but what we need is a coach named

Well technically it does end at 2AM since you can put in actions on the 11PM cycle.

mully, actions do not show up on the 11 pm cycle, believe me, I wish actions did, I've looked many times at the end of recruiting, needing one more kid who's on the verge of a scholly, but nope, no actions available.

So 8pm is last cycle to make recruiting actions?
1/2/2018 9:39 PM
Yes, that is actually true. The 8 PM-10:59 PM actions process at 11 PM,

Yep, 8 is the last action cycle (BS), but if you have a scholly offered to a kid before 11 but he is waffling, he can sign at 2 am.

2 am, who new, and why? LET US HAVE 11 PM ACTIONS

One more thought to consider that my pea brain isn't grasping...

Why does WIS say recruiting is starting at 8 am when it actually doesn't start for another 9 hours and 2 cycles later at 5 pm when Attention Points begin processing???

WTF on that one???

More lost recruiting time, it appears to be BS

Nearly everyone who played the previous version thought this was a GREAT change.

You find some odd things to complain about.

AP process at 11 AM/PM and 5 AM/PM. The three hours between 8 AM, when recruiting begins, and 11 AM, the "skipped" cycle, is a very small window. It's conceivable that one could lose 140 AP simply because they couldn't access the site during that 3 hour period.

It used to be a 2 hour window. Even worse.

this was an awesome change - prior scheme had required one to be on line during a two hour window to enter desired first cycle actions

the long window helps address the problem this posed for users who happened to be unable to get on line in that window.

among the best changes in 3.0

Truth is, 8 hours would be better. Wouldn't be a problem is RS1(just start earlier) but RS would have too few cycles.

In 2.0, wasnt there a "glitch" that one could target a high priority recruit and actually slip in some recruiting action in like a 1 minute window, before the 2 hour pause kicked in

Wouldn't it be easier on the eyes if they changed the "start time" to 11am? Doing that, it would be just like any standard 6 hour cycle, the first process would start at 5pm just like it does now, and for the people that don't like how it's set up now, it "appears" to be more balanced. That way the people that look at the 8am to 11am non process time as an issue, it's not seen that way anymore.

I think it's strange that they don't do this in the first place. Because for coaches like most of us, that show up with some sort of effort every single cycle for 6 days in a row, what's the difference in the very first one alone?

It's not like anyone would miss the first cycle if it were 6 hours like all others, and then still be able to show up for every cycle following, for 6 straight days. I don't get it. There is nothing at all different about the first cycle. Make them all the same.
