I think there is a solid group of 6ish that are interested. I think that's pretty good.

What kind of quorum were you aiming for?

I think with 7ish people, we could do a Thursday night at B-Dubs type of thing. As mentioned by cokeman I think it was.

Now a date.... is something around July 19th too early? That's a two week+ notice. The same one you have to give your job when you leave them high and dry.

The 7 of you on the list (or others), how does that sound? East Kemper road on the 19th?

Location an issue? (Its not easy for me, but I'll make this work out on my end regardless)

I can do the 19th. E Kemper B-Dubs work great for me (less than 10 min from home) but I am flexible on location.

Umm THIS Thursday is good!

I also sometimes have work trips pop up that are hard to predict a couple weeks in advance. Just the way it goes.

But next week is good for me. Except wednesdays. I play softball for a couple more weeks.

Planning **** is hard. Never gonna satisfy everyone. Probably would be best just to pick a date and see how it plays out.

I agree. But working with only 6 or 7, it would be nice to get everybody that's interested.

Sorry, cant do next Thursday as I will be out of town on a beach vacation. Don't hold back on my account if it works for others.

After the 13th of July I am out of town until August. But do not feel the need to push it back on my behalf
