Savage IV draft lottery:

I will run 400 random numbers from the range of 1-24. The order will determine the draft order. As all of you probably already know, this method is completely verifiable by all users to guarantee that the lotto was randomizes once and once only. To do this, I will need THREE people to quote this post and confirm that the drawing below (10265) says that it has not been run yet when you click on it.
