Rather than dealing with a litany of post-firing change complaints, perhaps a discussion topic on this specific point could be used for involved coaches to share their thoughts? Both in the Forums and Discord. Admins would keep final decisions of course, but at least those most interested and involved would have the opportunity to share legit thoughts. The opinions of people complaining after not being involved in that opportunity would have forfeited their chance due to lack of active involvement. Announcing this in advance would allow the great majority of those with opinions to share to address their concerns before real-life issues come into play. JMO.
