Someone who knows how to think does not say that without any evidence something is done for a reason that on the surface is even counter intuitive.

2 reasons that I can see -

1. maybe that lab needs better safeguards and international help.

2a - if lab created then perhaps the odds of this happening naturally are greatly reduced.
2b. if animal to human in lab perhaps some procedure enhanced the transmission and again maybe the natural occurrence of these things might not be as likely without artificial assistance.

Wrong - there was tons more evidence that Barry bonds took steroids. Didn’t a gut testify that he gave bonds steroids etc.

on the lab we are assuming certain reporting is accurate. The reporter is top notch. Let’s assume he got it right. Now we have plausibility but not solid proof
they had Covid or what happened.
