Does anybody know this person? He hasn't opened my site-mail regarding sending in the roster. He's only played in 9 leagues, so I am a little apprehensive bringing in a newbie for a live draft league. I will give him until end of day before I try to find a replacement.

OK - we need a replacement for gds46016. He has not opened my site-mails.

For those new to my drafts, it's expected that you check in multiple times per day so the draft keeps moving. We don't used a schedule. Instead, Starting in round 3, if you're on the clock for 4+ hours (excluding overnight), then you may be skipped and the draft will continue as if you had picked.

We typically get in 36-40 picks per day (that's about a pick every 20 minutes), and it makes the draft way more fun.
