I don't think most conservatives are antisemitic. I do think most conservative influencers are willing to tolerate antisemitism in their movements so long as they perceive it benefits them. I also think that the conservative influencers who aren't antisemitic are by and large useful idiots for antisemites. That's what happens when you take Nazi conspiracy theories and replace "Jews" with "Globalists/Woke Elites/George Soros." That's not an exaggeration, either.

Again, I want to stress that I don't think most conservative influencers are Nazis or hate Jews. But they have, whether intentionally or unintentionally, set up their base to believe every element of antisemitic ideology up to the point where Jews are mentioned specifically. Replace "Jews" with "Woke globalists." Kanye would be embraced by conservatives, and he literally was, right until he said the quiet part out loud.

This is really dangerous, for obvious reasons. And the left should do a better job countering it than just calling Kanye a "Nazi" without talking about why he is wrong or the underlying ideology.

maybe i'm really taking about salem radio network which seems to air on two out of five terrestrial am stations in my town

there's another two out of five that do sports talk

and then there's the oddballs that haven't figured out how to sell pillows and bets
