Wednesday morning update:

I've got bmbigdog's ballot. Still no word from JayCC, Jr2325, or HDS1. I'm out running some errands. If I still haven't heard from Jr2325 by the time I get home, bigdog is in and Jr will be moved to the wait list

I received a sitemail from HDS1 earlier. He said he'll get his ballot in this afternoon.

If he doesn’t get to it by the end of the day I say we run the league as is. I’ll pay for a junk team of leftovers at the end. I like this league and would like to see it continue

I think I'll try something new next season with regards to the sign up list. Owners who sign up for Scats will have their names placed on the wait list until they submit their 1st round ballots. Once I have their ballot, their name will be moved from the wait list to the sign up list. So, basically the first 24 ballots I receive will be in the league. Hopefully this will encourage owners to submit their 1st round ballots faster and will ease the frustration most of you are feeling right now.

At this point let them all know first ballot in gets the last spot. I’m disappointed because I know HSD1 is a great owner and we have worked together peacefully on trades in other leagues. I also know life can get hectic. But this is getting strung out a bit too long.
