...or a small child used to ask his grandfather about World War II, his grandpa havings served in Mark Clark's 5th Army on the Italian peninsula in 1944 against the Germans defending Rome and points north. Grandpa never would talk about his time there until the kid found this piece of zinc and handed it to him. Grandpa looked at it, had tears well in his eyes and, for one time only, talked about his WWII fighting.
It was the best memory I have of my grandfather and it was all because of a small piece of German zinc. For those of you who are offended and want to play Internet police, please sit in judgment. That conversation with my grandfather, a US Army Sergent who served for three years during WWII, is priceless.
Having an opinion is not internet police.
if Nazi memorabilia can evoke any kind of warm feelings go man go.
my opinion on Nazi memorabilia lovers is my opinion and it is Extremely ridiculous to think I am wrong for sharing my opinion to something so untypical (?) that you opened the door to.
My comment was as mild as could be.
so have a good day and think.
And know what is and isn’t “police. Was your comment deleted?
Let’s leave it at this. You have a lot of guts and evidently an iron stomach.
Can we be done now. I find it sickening to be discussing the merits or reasons for owning Nazi ****.
