You can only reserve 2 single season teams per 24 hours. You are allowed to reserve your spots in the league if you want to enter more than 2 teams.

Also, I don’t necessarily understand the draft rules. Rounds 2 and 3 and 4 go in order of winning percentage of round 1 teams picked? And the last round is reverse?

Once the first 12 teams in a franchise are determined, I will rank the teams in order of winning%, lowest to highest. This is the draft order. So, Round 1 (the second team picked by each person) goes 1-12. Round 2 also goes 1-12, Round 3 goes 12-1, Round 4 goes 1-12.

So essentially it's like a snake draft, except instead of 1-12, 12-1, 1-12, 12-1, we offset the advantage of the top teams, by going 1-12, 1-12, 12-2, 1-12.
