BUT when the games are in YOUR BACK YARD THEN all the stories tug at YOUR HEART........And WHEN the SUBJECT of the OLYMPIC STORY is a CANADIAN GOLD MEDALIST on home SOIL..........WELL then let the crying begin...And to the YANKEE DOODLE DUMMIES...who posted negative (mean spirited comments) about Canada on this site.......EFF U....The opening ceremony and the games so far have been GREAT!!

Too be comepletely honest...I havent seen one of the Canucks games lately...have they been playing alright? Too wrapped up in the Olympisc to have time for the Nucks the last week. Was at the last rehearsal for the opening ceremonies last Wednesday. It was pretty good on TV, but man talk about spectacular in person.
