Have you ever used the Philips-Norelco Body Groomer?

I've used the occassional Norelco electric razor. Not sure about the body groomer.

Will TCU win?

No. No. He knew about it afterwards. No.

No. I can't imagine Ted Nugent winning an election for Guv.

Are you saying that Rocker Ted Nugent is a weirder choice for Governor than Jesse "The Body" Ventura?
1/5/2010 2:33 AM
I would think, at some point, the people would realize making famous people their political choice is not such a good idea. Very few things in life annoy me more than actors, musicians, athletes, etc, etc, using their pulpit to make political statements.

Which is worse, entertainers or lawyers in politics?
1/5/2010 6:37 AM
What makes you think Nugent would fare no better than the incumbent in Michigan who has taxed residents to death and crippled the local economy?
1/5/2010 7:03 AM
Isn't the Nuge just a complete kook?
1/5/2010 7:53 AM
In all likelihood, entertainers. With lawyers, even though they'll "legislate" you to death, you know they're educated. Entertainers may just be charismatic.

I have no idea if he would fare better or worse than the incumbent(although I think the death of the auto industry crippled the economy. Thank the union for that) but I don't think Nugent is capable of running a state.

Nugent is very opinionated. From what I've seen, he knows best and anyone who doesn't think so is simply uninformed.

Doesn't that sound like a select handful of people here in these forums?
1/5/2010 8:09 AM
Sure. And I wouldn't consider them Governor material either.

Did BSU/TCU support their argument that they deserve a place at the table with the big boys?

I've got a 30-year old pitcher in the last year of his contract.. his LT demands to resign for next season is a one-year deal. What is up with that? Would he be likely to accept a longer deal? How much longer?
1/5/2010 9:09 AM
I've had success in signing players to longer deals than they request. I've never gone from 1 to 5 but I have extended from 3 to 5 years. But this may be a little hidden engine change designed to put players on the open market more often. WifS does that on occassion. It's akin to adding pork to bills in Congress. YAY!!! Everyone has health coverage(but congressmen are given 45% raises each year for the next century).
