I've blocked phillyfan009 and johnsomethingstalker.  But they were mostly annoying to me. PF9 has annoyed a few others.   I was having a discussion yesterday with some douchebag who had to be stoned because, as soon as the page flipped, he couldn't remember what we'd said.   Can't recall who it was.  Blocking him probably wouldn't hurt.
