I don't have a strong opinion on this one either. Of course judges (and sports officials) are paid to not show biases, but they are human, and they will show some bias. If they are good at their job, they won't let their biases affect their judgements very much, but it is human nature that their biases will affect some of their decisions.

I won't speak directly to Rowe v Wade as we will get to abortion in a few days, but cases can be originally decided unconstitutionally. Like I said, Plessy v Ferguson was originally decided wrong and unconstitutionally based on the sentiment of the period as opposed to what our constitution states. Brown v BOE corrected this.

And bias gets a bad rap, but everyone sees the world through their own eyes. That's bias. Two people can read the exact same phrase in the constitution and see it saying two difference things and not be partisan or arguing in bad faith.
