Have you noticed that the basketball courts for all the NCAA games are painted exactly the same?  The only difference being the name of the city and the name of the arena on the baselines?

Doesn't this seem a bit frivolous on the part of the NCAA?  Wouldn't the money that is being spent on these special-use courts be better spent on other NCAA-santioned sports programs?
