Out of all the fast food chicken places I think the best actual chicken belongs to Churchs.

The pieces are big, and juicy. Light coating.

Tried an all Indian resteraunt near Lakeside Mall. Michigan Masala. The have a lunch buffet before 3.

Great food. Didnt always know what I was eating, but thats half the fun. Polite and attentive staff.

It is on Schoenherr north of 19 mile. I highly recomend it.

Golden Corral for lunch.

Food is great, but the little extras...

They have a whole wall of different breads with unusual toppings.

Tried the Breakfast bowl at Burger Kings again today....

Still only ok. nothing special.

Would much rather get a Greek omelette at John's Coney Island.

My famous white clam sauce....

Take 4 tablespoons of fresh garlic, 1/4 cup hot olive oil. Cook until soft...add tablespoon of  oregano, dash of salt and pepper. cook until all hot.

add 1 pound of clams. cook until the clams are warm...not long, add 1 cup of white wine and 1/4 cup olive oil. Simmer until clams are tender and volume is reduced slightly.  

Will need more salt and pepper. And add some fresh parsley.

This takes a little finesse, so the first time it may not work...more instinct than science.

MY WORLD FAMOUS clam sauce includes baby portobello mushrooms and other ingredients that I am not allowed to share as they are considered a family trust.

That sounds great.

I like to keep my sauces simple and flavorfull and keep the ingredients in the actual dishs. It allows me to keep the texture more controlled.

Del Tacos sells their Chicken Soft Tacos for .59 cents on Sunday so I went for it. Not to shabby. A little over seasoned. Not spicy but simple salt and pepper. Love thier fries.

They have a fried dessert that they push, forgot the name, avoid it like a hooker with an adams apple. Not good taste and weird texture.

Made an omlette today out of leftover Boston Market food.

Added creamed spinach, corn and Turkey cut up. Came out great!

Found out today that in a pinch Lays keetle cooked salt and pepper chips, crumpled up, works as a crust on tuna  casserole.

Made a minestrone today. Used a hunk of beef for the base and added carrots, celery broad beans and kidney beans. Instead of pasta I went wild and made fresh spatzel.

Tasted good, but I think it is a felony in Italy!

Went to a Mongolian BBQ today. Forgot how fun that is. Went to BDs near lakeside.

Great food on every level and great staff. Friendly but not crazy.

Only complaint was the Iced Tea was weak and wattery.
