I have a question in the league Q&A forum regarding franchises and being able to take more than 1 park from the same franchise. I'm assuming it is OK but just want to make sure ball parks aren't franchise exclusive. Examples Braves had 2 parks. Can both be picked by 2 different owners or can only 1 be picked and the other becomes unavailable because it is franchise exclusive?

Yes, multiple "different" parks from the same franchise can be taken.  Renamed parks - only taken once.
