Mr.s Tec just called me from home to tell me this story.  One of our neighbors called her this morning with the following question: "I have a recipe that calls for 2/3 of a cup of oatmeal.  I have a 1/3 cup measuring cup, and a 1/2 cup measuring cup.  Which one should I use?"

You can't get your advanced down to zero in one season.   Don't transfer all your payroll to prospect until you need it.

If you're asking for tips on 0 ADV, I'd avoid trading for first/second year players in my first season.   You have to figure out which owners are dumbasses that can't draft/develop good players.   You can't do that until you see them in action.   Also, if there's a lot of interest in your young players, check the ADV of the other team.  If they have a high ADV, the player is probably pretty good even though you can't see it and don't know because you didn't draft/sign him.
