You gotta have a train wreck so I think Charlie Sheen is a gimme.  A couple of pseudo-celebs who are clueless:  Lohan and Paris Hilton.    A couple of athletes who can't shut up:  Ochocinco(for the sheer volume) and Warren Cromartie(for the sheer stupidity).    Bonaduce seems to have a temper.  That could be fun.   Talk show hosts on opposite ends of the political spectrum:  Olbermann and Limbaugh.  Fill it out with vacuous swimsuit/supermodels for eyecandy.

Yeah, I'm afraid I would.  I'm almost ashamed to admit that I've watched every year of Survivor.   Even worse, I've probably only missed 2-3 episodes. 
How about LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavs owner?  Or Mel Gibson and his wife?

Why can children spout political views their teachers have taught them, but these same children can't read a simple sentence?  Isn't reading, writing, and arithmatic part of a curriculum anymore, replaced by the teacher's union message?

Just did my taxes, and I'm getting a fairly healthy refund, thanks to the two in university leeching off of me.

I've got three options rattiling around in my head;

-put it aside for next year's university since #3 will be starting as well
-pay down some debt
-drop it all on Zippy the Wonder horse to win in the 6th race at 50 to 1.

What would you do?

Putting it on Zippy would easily be the most fun but, since I'm working towards retirement, I'd pay down some debt so I wouldn't have that and #3's tuition.    I think you've also confirmed that you're not the father of "your" children.   I could see one or two possibly missing out on the dumbass gene you surely possess but three in a row seems impossible.  Maybe you should give them some genetic testing with you tax refund and be rid of those university bills.

OK, I have a son about to enter college as well.  He's been accepted into the Computer Science programs at an out-of-state Pac-10 school and an in-state WAC school.  Given that the WAC school is in the middle of Silicon Valley and has much better ties to the CS job market, should I force him to go to the cheaper ($12K/year cheaper), less prestigious, but better connected college over the one with all the babes and good sports teams?

Assuming he's a short, little Asian nerd like his father, you may as well force him to the "smart" school.   Babes and sports have no place in his life.
