I like worlds where the competition is good.  If one team(or more) wins 120 year after year, you're pretty much guaranteed that there are several teams losing 100 year after year.   My guess is those two sets of owners shouldn't be in the same world.   There's no doubt in my mind that I could beat the snot out of any 8 year old on earth in a fist fight.   So, rather than walk around with my arms raised high and yelling "ANOTHER VICTORY FOR MIKET!!!!", I choose not to fight 8 year olds.  With 180 worlds, owners should be able to find worlds with comparable HBD "talent".   But some are content to lay a whuppin' on an 8 year old.

If you had a starting position player with only 68 durability ( 33 years old ) , would you rest him for all of spring training?

Nah, I'd give him 10-15 AB because players that age might take a ST ratings hit.   Not sure if playing "helps" prevent this but it seems I have less of them now that I started giving them limited playing time.

Any player acquired 24 hours prior to the R5 is not exposed.   I think the R5 freeze supercedes waiver claims but I'm not 100% sure.

Can I start this P on 3 days rest for the whole season on a 120-135 pitch count without destroying his arm?

I don't think so.   If you lower the pitch count to 100 or so, I'm pretty sure you can get 40+ starts from him.

I'd use him as a LRA.   He's pretty unique but not so talented that I'd want to make sure I got every inning I could from him.
