The window for one of my HBD teams is closing. Is it worth making one last push and trading away prospects for a chance to win it all or is making a few tweaks better as it allows you to re-tune faster?

I'm in a theme league MLB Sim that I've kind of lost interest in and I've made it to the LCS. Do I owe it to the rest of the league to come back and defend my title IF I win it all?
