The owners with picks 1-12 have already selected their stadiums, so I'll go ahead and list my #13 pick.  After difficult negotiations, bribes, and promises of kickbacks, the state of Washington, King County, and city of Seattle have agreed to accelerate construction of Safeco Field.  It will open in Spring 1961 as the home of my new Seattle Pilots.

For people listing two picks today, doesn't that give you too many players?  I am already at a full roster of 25.
P John Gabler as my AAA pick.  Thanks for the explanation about drafting one AAA player now, I overlooked that in the sitemail.
