To ME, no it's not.  I already told you that.

I recognize that is is to others.

And by "others", it looks like around 41% according to the HuffPost poll.

So you don't think the flag represents the South's fight to keep slavery legal?

Even though you agree that the flag represents the South's fight in the Civil War and you agree that the South fought the war to protect slavery.

WTF is wrong with you?

Nothing. You insist on keeping this going. I'm insisting on clarification.
6/28/2015 6:48 PM
What can be clearer than "No"?
6/28/2015 6:53 PM
Just making sure.

You agree that the flag represents the South's side of the Civil War.

And you agree that the South fought the Civil War to keep slavery legal.

But you don't agree that the Flag represents the fight to keep slavery legal.

Well, you're not actually saying no. And, if you were, it leaves the question of what exactly you'd be saying no to.
6/28/2015 7:42 PM
You agree that the South the fought the Civil War to protect slavery.

You agree that the Confederate flag is a symbol of the South's side of the Civil War.

To me, it seems like we're in agreement.

You never actually explained why.

You agree that the South the fought the Civil War to protect slavery.

You agree that the Confederate flag is a symbol of the Civil War.

To me, it seems like we're in agreement.
See.  That's EXACTLY what I mean.
This.

So what part are you saying no to?
6/28/2015 8:17 PM
I'm saying no to the part where you're saying that I believe the flag represents white supremacy.  I don't.

What part of that don't you understand?  It's a very simple and straight-forward statement.

Do you have a clue as to why I haven't bowed out of this discussion yet?

This post doesn't say white supremacy anywhere.

Nothing.

Do you agree or disagree?
You are definitely messed up somehow, with this insistence to try to continue the argument that you have lost.

Let it go, dude. Move on.
Pretty sure I didn't lose.

Original point:
The Confederate flag has always stood for white supremacy.

You've done absolutely nothing to dispute that point.
This one did.

Again, do you have a clue as to why I haven't bowed out of this discussion yet?

6/28/2015 8:49 PM
Because you enjoy pointless arguments.

I'm not referring to that post. I'm asking, in the below section specifically, where you disagree.
