Yeah, I think I would.

Either is acceptable. We look at "score" as meaning "points" or "runs". If the count is 0-0 on a batter, he still has a count.

If there's a draft prospect in my Top 25 from Kermit, TX, I pretty much have to move him to the top of my draft board, right?
