That's a good pitcher if they're even vaguely accurate.  However, in most worlds, you're no getting him as an IFA for less than 18m.  25M is more likely unless he just has a bad DUR/STM/Health combination in there.

I  believe he did.  Read the thread, 'tardwrg.  And, if it is Coop, it's irrelevant.  He won't be around to see the player develop.
