Apparently, Mike Rivera is going to get another start at catcher on Friday. Maybe he can get Yo back on track.

I wish they would give that rookie OF a shot to start instead of running Gerut out there, cant be any worse.

I don't mind getting Gerut some consistent playing time. If he produces out in RF like he did in '08 (.296 BA, 14 HR in only 328 AB), it makes Hart even more expendable.

Rivera on base 4 more times today. I'd have a hard time putting Kendall back in there most of the time if I was Macha. But I'm not, and I doubt he has a problem with it.
